Notice Before Purchase

1. The products sold by our shop are all original brand new products from the official brand. Since some models are international versions, the products usually do not come with warranty cards, manuals and seals. Please do not worry, this is normal. 

2. Our store provides quality assurance for all products sold within three mouth. If the product has quality problems within three mouth, you can issue the maintenance certificate (it needs to be proved that the fault is not caused by human) and the maintenance expense invoice provided by the local official maintenance station, and we will reimburse the maintenance expense in full; Or you can send the equipment back to us for repair. If it is confirmed that the equipment failure is not caused by human, the repair cost, freight and tariff incurred in the repair process will be borne by our shop. 

3. As cameras, lenses and other products are expensive, our store does not accept returns for no reason at the moment. Please turn on your machine after you fully understand the products and confirm that the equipment is in good condition. 

4.The camera is an international edition, the power socket is a standard socket, you need to prepare a converter suitable for your country. 

5.Please prepare video equipment to record the whole process of unpacking before opening the package and starting the machine. If the equipment has been damaged or failed when you received the package, and you need to replace the goods or claim, this unpacking video will serve as important evidence, otherwise our store will be unable to accept your dispute and complaint.
